Plan Status

There are various status of Plan which can be accessed through:

Go to left sidebar Schedule Maintenance > Plan Status

The different default status of plans are as explained:

  1. Scheduled: All the plans when created for maintenance have default status as scheduled
  2. Complete: When all the tasks for particular plan are done, the status will automatically changes to complete
  3. Inprogress: While performing maintenance, the plan status needs to be in Inprogress.
  4. Preponed: If we want to prepone the plan from scheduled date for either onetime or for all occurrence of plans (in case of plan scheduled on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis).
  5. Postponed: If we want to postpone the plan from scheduled date for either onetime or for all occurrence of plans (in case of plan scheduled on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis).
  6. Canceled: If the plan needs to be canceled. Once canceled it can not be performed.
  7. Hold: If the current plan needs to be added for hold
  8. Delayed: If the scheduled date is passed and not completed yet, it will be automatically added in delayed by System
  9. To be approved: Once all task are completed for a particular plan and if the manager approval is required then plan will be automatically added as To be approved status.
  10. Rejected: If the manager rejects the plan, it will be added as Rejected status.

Above mentioned statuses are default. User can create their own status if required.
