How to Transfer a ticket?

Step 1:

Open the ticket you want to transfer and locate the Transfer button on the ticket page.

Step 2:

Select the relevant Department, Problem Category, and Sub Category and If a form appears fill in the form, provide the reason for the transfer. Once done, click on the Transfer button.

Step 3:

Your ticket will be successfully transferred to the selected department.
