Device Model Configuration

Every asset needs an asset model. Asset models can be things like the make and model of a laptop or desktop machine.Asset Model helps to choose the device from the inventory. Asset models are important because they carry certain attributes which are inherited by the assets, such as depreciation, end of life etc.

Go to the TOP Header > click on config icon.

Model1

To add a Model

Go to the CONFIG > Models > click on Add Model.

  • Enter the Model Name.
  • Select the Manufacturer.
  • Select the Category.
  • Enter Model No.
  • Select Depreciation.
  • Enter EOL months.
  • Select fieldset.
  • After upload any attachment as per your requirements.
  • Click on Save.

To customize Depreciation and Field set refer (Depriciation Configuration, customField Configuration) Use the Export button to download the file into the system.

To edit a Model

Go to the CONFIG > Models > click on icon.

  • After open popup modal and change any details per your requirements.
  • After Click on save Button.

To delete a Model

Go to the CONFIG > Models > click on icon.

  • After display SweetAlert confirmation then click yes so delete Model otherwise click on cancel.
  • After click on Show Deleted Model Button.

  • In this display All deleted Model.
  • You can click Restore Button so this model is restore.

  • After display SweetAlert message this modal is restore successfully.

To History a Model

Go to the CONFIG > Models > click on icon.

  • After redirect the new page this page is consider the particular Model which time update, whom updated, which information updated all data display in this.

To download a Model

Go to the CONFIG > Models > click on Export button.

  • After download excel sheet of all Model list.
