Ticket Status

Ticket status is used to define the ticket is which status mode pending and working.

To create a new ticket status

Go to the left sidebar and select service Tickets > click on Ticket Status > click on icon.

After opening popup modal , fill in the all the details as follows :

  • Enter a Ticket status name.
  • Select status is enable or disable.
  • Select tat halt is enable or disable.You can set enable so this status tat is count of ticket.otherwise no.
  • Select the ticket type so this type ticket display status otherwise not display.
  • Select Status Form yes so display field, in this select category and form you can display this.
  • Click on Save button.

To edit a ticket status

Go to the service Tickets > click on Ticket Status > click on icon.

  • After open popup modal and change any details per your requirements.
  • After Click on save Button.

To delete a ticket status

Go to the service Tickets > click on Ticket Status > click on icon.

To configure a ticket status

Go to the service Tickets > click on All tickets > click on subject of ticket so go to ticket detail page.

  • You can set the form in status so status on change form is loaded
